I wonder what the coolest artifact is that was destroyed.

I guess you could count the seven wonders of the ancient world as artifacts. So maybe the Temple of Zeus or the Hanging Gardens. I wouldn't count the Library at Alexandria as a single artifact, but maybe there was something inside it that was really amazing.

Aside from buildings, I wonder what was out there. There are some things we know about that were lost, but there's probably some amazing stuff that we have no idea even existed.

Funny...reading people discounting Atlantis by merely repeating what they've been fed by main stream. Socrates studied with the Egyptian Hermetic masters...and Plato was merely his understudy.
