So...it looks like McLemore and Traylor aren't going to be eligible this year? First I've heard of this possibility.

"KU coach Bill Self implied at Thursday’s media day that an announcement may be coming soon indicating the two would not be cleared to play this season — “We still have hope, but we’re not holding our breath on that situation at all,” he said."

it could be a rough year. 7 deep the whole season, and one of those is TRob who has trouble staying on the court with foul trouble. Self will have to pull something out of his ass.

We will be fine, i fully expect last years bench to step it up, from the grapevine, t-rob isnt the same player, and i have faith in tyshawn and elijah

I don't get the panic. We are still the B12 favorites with an incredibly good starting lineup. The only difference is that we don't have nearly as much depth as in past years, but that shouldn't be a huge problem in getting this team where it wants to go. Still look to be in a better position than the 2008-2009 team and that group did more than fine.

Yeah, we aren't going to be a NC favorite this time, but it's not like that's helped us in the past few years.
