Making the opposing teams offense 1 dimensional is the best possible thing you can do. Ignorant argument.

You can't have it both ways. Winning the field position battle means there are more yards available for the other team to gain. What matters in the NFL are points and turnovers. The Packers are ranked near the top of the league in both. Meaningless yards are just that - meaningless.

The Packers have very good defensive scoring numbers. You argue that's only because they have an offense that wins the field position battle.
You also say their D is no good because they're ranked #21 in total yards allowed. It can be argued that's also because they have an offense that wins the field position battle.

But in this clown's eyes, both are "bad" defenses. Can't tell if he's trolling or genuinely this devoid of common sense and football IQ. |

I'm not disappointed in McCluster. He is a young ascending player with a lot of explosive talent. He is not much different than Charles was at this point in his NFL career. I really like the offensive flexibility and options he represents. I suspect he will be used sparingly against teams with a strong pass rush, like Indy, until that area of his game improves.

Not sure I understand, are you suggesting parody as in I'm mocking the original post?
It is tough for me to understand because I really do believe McCluster is going to be a big contributor not a bust. The real question I can't answer, yet, was he worth an early second round pick? I still believe he will be considered good value in the near future. The main thing that has to improve is his pass blocking. |
