Roasting I can handle. What sucks is the dozen or so KU/KSU fans that couldn't wait to rush into the Mizzou thread during the last couple of minutes of the game just to post "LOL or HAHA" or what ever bullshit these turds had to say. It's classless and I would never think to go to a rival team's thread for the sole purpose of rubbing salt into the wound of a painful loss.

It sucks to be on the wrong side of that, and it's fun to point and laugh when the other fails. But this isn't anything new, this has been going on for years...and again..I bring up the Bucknell T-shirts. Now will KU fans buy Norfolk St shirts? Possibly, but maybe not so much now that they won't be playing eachother anymore. But if people are complaining about what people say on an internet msg board, I just say that people need to have thicker skin than that.

I have never seen a Bucknell t-shirt. Maybe some frat boys in Columbia bought a bunch or something to rib at Kansas, I don't know but I have seen plenty of Tiger fans all over Missouri, and I have never seen a Bradley or Bucknell tshirt. I am not sure where this perception is coming from that every Mizzou fan owns one. I don't, so maybe I am not a true fan?

Eh...I don't think Dartgod is necessarily being thinskinned, I think it is his way of pointing out that KU fans are equally, and perhaps moreso, douches when it comes to Missouri being upset as Mizzou fans have been when KU gets upset.

I don't have a problem with the trolls coming in after the loss...Mizzou lost, and it is what it is. Mizzou's loss made KU fans happy....that is okay, and good for them. Just don't lie about it KU fans, admit it. Mizzou fans admit that they get some joy when KU loses. R8ers cheers for UNC and hates Duke. He admits he hates Duke, admits he loves to see them lose. Duke fans openly hate Carolina and cheer against them. I have no problem with that. Most Mizzou fans on this board feel that way about KU, and we admit it. Most KU fans in general hate Mizzou, but for whatever reason, just can't be honest and admit it. If anyone doubts it...look at how many times Wickedson has posted in here bashing MU, and look at how many times he has said he does not care.

Okay, cool. I still have never seen one. You could put a gun to my head and I could not tell you what one looks like, so the number shipped to Missouri can't be that big. Maybe they all went to St. Louis...that is the only part of the state I have not really been to in the last few years, I have been around just about everywhere else at one point or another.

Most of the fans here KU KSU or Mizzou are also Chief fans and you guys overlap and that's why there is so much hate and discontent here

It's entertaining to watch I must say ..

When I see the scores and MU or KU has lost, my first thought is to come here to see who is trolling

And how many shirts does the Bucknell bookstore have on hand anyway? The article said the orders doubled....but they could have went from selling 50 shirts to 100 shirts or something like that. I have not seen any on tv during MU/KU games either...but I will admit, I did not look for them either, so who knows?

It is what it is....but just admit you hate your rival team (and not necessarily the guy or gal cheering for them). I like Bearcat, think he is overall a good poster/mod, etc....but I hate his team. Nothing personal....if I saw a little kid in the middle of the roadway about to get hit by a car and wearing a KU shirt, I would still jump in the street and try to save them...and I would still hate KU. Sometimes fans can't disassociate hating a team with hating a fan of that team, especially while the season is going and folks are passionate about their team...everyone is guilty of it at some point or another. I like plenty of KU fans, and I have meant KU fans that are great and wonderful plenty...but there are also KU fans like Wickedson, so go figure.

A big difference this time was the karma factor... not to say KU fans wouldn't have been happy or celebrated anyway, but it's not just about Missouri losing, it's about years of 'B' team jokes, UNI, VCU, etc. Also, no one expected this, so it's definitely closer to KU losing to Bucknell than Bradley or VCU

The high road stuff goes both ways, and it is pretty strange... reading some of the reactions to KU fans celebrating and what not, it's like Missouri fans have completely forgotten about all the crap they fling every time Kansas loses in the tournament. You think this sucks? Do it 3 or 4 more times, then the sides will be even.

Anyway, as far as loving it when rivals lose... I was actually looking forward to watching Missouri match up against Florida and Marquette... 'merely a smile or two' is a good way to put it. I wasn't dancing around in my living room, and I think that video of the KU alum was a bit much, but yeah, I wasn't heartbroken.
