I would say this would probably take trading Albert this year out of the mix. They may still draft a guy at 1 to play RT and then move to LT next year, but what do you do if Albert blows up and has a monster year? Let him walk?

Would he do what it takes to help the team? Or is his rigid inflexibility, in some remote aspects, a liability? |

This team has enough drama surrounding it. There's no point in drama for its own sake.

Sure, but in that case, are you really willing to pay him that much anyway? If theres a chance you move him to RT, why pay him like a LT?

Finding a competent right tackle shouldn't be difficult. He may already be on the roster (and no, I'm not talking about Albert). |

THen next year, they'll have to find another good RT to fit Reid's scheme. I guess it will depend on what they do with Albert/how much they like him. |

it's very simple if you break it down
for the most part They like the players Scooter clearly did not like/want to pay They hate the players that Scooter gave gross contracts to based on their average talent |

With the way teams are with passrushers these days, you really need a LT and a RT who can really pass block.
I think they're going to spend sizable money to upgrade one of the spots, either LG or RT this offseason. I'd rather spend on a RT but either way is fine. |
