Richard Sherman might be the biggest douche in the NFL

What a childish douche.

It could be far worse. Your kids could idolize Jim Harbaugh. But nobody's talking about that, now, are they?
I'm going to make this easy for you because you are purposely evading the point I am trying to make.

NONE of my kids emulate sports heroes....so let's leave that alone.

But there are kids with lousy parents...at-risk kids....who have no role models or anyone to guide them. So what do they look at? The guys making millions on TV (professional athlete or rock star) and emulate their actions/behavior.

Will you at least acknowledge that it is there and does happen. (Yes I damn well know it shouldn't)

As for Harbaugh....I think he is no better than Sherman.

Then the least of their problems is Richard Sherman.

Really.....let me know who all these people are?

You can't seriously believe that the widespread coverage of sports athletes in our youth is anywhere close to what it is these days.

When I was young...hell when I was in my 30's to 40's there wasn't the proliferation of sports channels or coverage that there is these days.

Please....

It's that easy.
So what if there is no real good role model in the family?

So what you are telling me is that every kid here in the United States has a parent at home that is guiding them?

I don't disagree....

But let's throw aside Sherman for now....who do you think these kids emulate when there is no parental role model/guide around?

Yeah, I couldn't find a gif with the proper angle but in this video you can see it at around the 1:10 mark.

You can see Crabs push Sherman's back with his left hand as he's trying to position himself to make a play. I'm glad they didn't call it, but that surely made the play that Sherman made all the more spectacular.

I wish he played for us. And once he calmed down, he seemed rather well spoken compared to many other players.

Ok, yeah, I can see it. That's a much better angle and a much clearer video. Pretty slick by Crabtree and pretty badass by Sherman to get to the ball anyway.

Didn't see it, but that sounds cool. But if Crabtree had talked crap to him during the game, I wasn't worried with what he did.

BINGO!!! But the networks need ratings and Erin got what she was hoping for from all the banter the previous week.
