Geno Smith fans roll call
NEW THREAD HEADER (11/17/12):
The list is gone. We will all be Geno Smith fans when he gets drafted by the Chiefs. For historical documentation's sake, I'll keep the list in a separate post on this thread: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showp...postcount=3314 WHY GENO SMITH? If you're wondering if Geno Smith is right for you, check out this brilliant post by Saccopoo: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showp...postcount=5388 Next, we have a few GIFs you may be interested in from the Oklahoma game. Insane potential. These are the elite throws that very few QBs can make. What more can I say? Geno Smith can be a franchise QB in the NFL, and the Chiefs need to take a shot on him. GIF #1:

GIF #3 (My favorite):

HOW DO WE GET HIM HERE? Glad you asked. I posted this checklist earlier. It probably belongs in the thread header, and will be updated as the Chiefs close out their season and start a new chapter in their franchise story. Preparing for Geno Smith's Arrival In KC Checklist 1. [X] Lose games and acquire the #1 overall pick 2. [X] Get Pioli and the Patriot Way cronies the **** out 3. [X] Hire new GM/coach OPTIONAL (but highly recommended): 4. [ ] Re-sign/tag Bowe, who really wants to play in KC with Geno 5. [ ] Re-sign/tag Albert Last edited by RealSNR; 01-04-2013 at 12:32 PM.. |

SNR we have to take this on ourself. We have to push Geno soso hard, like no prospect in history, to other Chiefs fans.
Like, shove him down their throat until they accept this. Show them video, make them listen. I'm sick of this bullshit. If I build up a facebook age, Geno to the Chiefs, will you help me keep up with it and spread the word? Last edited by O.city; 12-19-2012 at 10:27 PM.. |

Yep, we got this shit.
From now on, everyone, when someone says something about "drafting Teo" or "Trading for Cousins" you say, HAaaaave ya watched Geno? Then, you show them. You teach them. You encourage them. People have to know that drafting a Qb early is the way to go. |

I love watching Geno Smith play. The guy only had one game with less than 230 yards passing this season. Just looking at his stats scream efficiency, and some of those games seem like there was no defense being fielded.

Clay, we're gonna need your help too. We need you to go full head on with Geno to KC. We are done with Pioli and Romeo.
You are the one who can get this going ahead full steam. So, revel in the role. Be the one. |

I've been dying to find an appropriate time on this forum to post that. That is my favorite Worf moment of the entire series. He's like, "Look brah, I hear you've been porking this androgynous chick who may or many not be a lesbian or some sort. I don't know what it is, but you've been damn ornery lately, so I want you to be happy. I'll be your wingman, and together we'll make sure you can have all the genderless sex you can handle. We ride together we die together"

The vague "new QB" message that SOC is putting out isn't helping things.

I'll probably release a couple of Geno videos in the months leading up to the draft.
If we draft him, I'll put like 10 of his best throws in one video and make him look really good.

The general fan is pretty stupid when it comes to this. They are just vomiting what they've been told by Kiper on ESPN.
They'll eat up a highlight reel. Clay, make it happen. |

It's the first place I see him fitting in roster/personnel wise and Dallas does have a need at that position. I don't see him going any sooner than that. He doesn't have the range or instincts of a Kuechly or Willis. I think he's a less nasty version of Brandon Spikes. Which isn't a bad thing, but for somebody to actually consider him first overall for the Chiefs instead of Geno, that's ****ing nuts. |

We are drafting Geno. There is this little thing called destiny. For 30 years the Gods of Football have sentenced us to wallow in misery and despair, wandering the gridiron wastelands for the sin we committed all those long years ago in 1983. Suffering our well deserved fate as best we could...finally, when we could take no more, the masses rise up in defiance, throwing off the shackles of tyranny and oppression. The football gods witness this act of inspiration and freedom, and in their understanding and approval they send us a messiah to lead us down the path of the righteous and good to salvation...
