Our recruiting has been shit ever since we lost the Pump brothers, I think that's the main reason. We need to establish some new pipelines.

But again, I stress, nobody really knows how good any of these teams are going to be right now. |

And no, I don't have any fancy graphs and pie charts to back it up. As I admire your fandom and support for our team, at the same time I am astonished as how naive you are in regards to where this team is in basketball maturity and experience. FWIW...I agree with the predictions made by KenPom.

A friend of mine was impressed with Withey & his triple/double the other night. Impressed isn't exactly the right word....really really REALLY excited about it and how good he's going to be.

I could be mistaken, but that doesn't project tournament advancement in the Maui Classic. Could be a double digit loss season, though I think we pull out the Ohio St game at home.

Withey also disappointed me in how he struggled scoring on such small guys, though. It's not going to get any easier than that. Of course, ideally, we won't need him to score. If he can focus on the defensive end and chip in the occasional basket, that's fine.

Withey still looks like the lanky uncoordinated guy I remember from last year. |

Keep in mind that the B12 looks much weaker than usual this season...even without Nebraska and Colorado.
