Gotta say I don't understand this weight loss thing. I started my process to lose weight at the beginning of the month and had lost about half a pound a week since. Last week I thought I had gone off the wagon a bit with my eating and lack of exercise, but I lost three pounds instead. Pizza diet?

I was helped on Thursday by the flu which took another pound and a half off. I don't think I'd recommend the flu diet.

I'm on the second week of my juice fast. Started out at 208. Today I weighed in at 195. Pretty signifigant considering I don't excercise. I'm at a weight loss rate of slightly less than an AIDS patient.

Yes, go ahead and quote meaningless sources from government agencies that have been feeding you bullshit for years on the food pyramid and other such nonsense.

The guy is already pretty lean so doing this to help him reach a quick goal isn't going to be harmful to his health.

During my weight loss journey I lost 20 lbs in a month once. 0 bad side effects.
