Red Dead Redemption Upcoming DLC Plans Revealed Written Thursday, July 08, 2010 By Richard Walker Rockstar has today announced its plans for Red Dead Redemption's upcoming DLC following the release of the free 'Outlaws to the End Co-Op Mission Pack' last month. It looks like there are a few surprises to look forward to, with the 'Legends and Killers Pack' leading the DLC charge at the beginning of August and culminating in the very intriguing sounding 'Undead Nightmare' Pack this autumn. Legends and Killers will include 8 classic characters from Red Dead Revolver, a new projectile weapon called 'The Tomahawk' with corresponding challenges for single and multiplayer and 9 new multiplayer locations. It'll be out in August for 800 MS Points on the XBL Marketplace. This will be followed up with the 'Liars and Cheats' Pack, which will incorporate new horse races with mounted combat (as well as associated challenges in both multiplayer and single-player), attack and defend multiplayer challenges, 8 additional MP characters, multiplayer versions of Poker and Liar's Dice and the Explosive Rifle weapon, again for 800 Points. Date TBC. Then there's the Free Roam pack, which adds new free roam challenges, anti-griefing measures, posse scoring with posse leaderboards, new action areas and defensive placements and more. Price and date also TBC. Finally, the Undead Nightmare Pack throws zombies into the mix, with 8 undead characters for multiplayer, a brand-new single-player adventure, additional animals unleashed into the world and new dynamic events to encounter, all for 800 MS Points. Both 'Legends and Killers' and 'Liars and Cheats' will include new achievements, but the others haven't been confirmed for fresh cheevos just yet. It's doubtful that they'll leave out achievements for the other DLC packs however. That'd just be silly. That's quite a hefty range of DLC to look forward to, we think you'll agree, meaning that we're not quite ready to be riding off into the sunset as the credits roll just yet. |

LOL did anyone hear that Gamestop.com crashed today because of the Red Dead Redemption sale? For 1 hour, Gamestop sold RDR for only $23.99 causing the entire site to crash.

I just finished the game going the "hero" track... wondering if I should start again by being a bad guy?

So, I completed Fort Mercer, and am heading to Blackwater to meet with the agent.
How much of the game is left? |

If you are going to Blackwater now, you are about 2/3rds through the storyline. |

If I ever finish this game, I might do that when the used prices drop to $20 or so. This game is a blast but I can never find time to play.
