Patriots' Hernandez Questioned By Police in Homicide Probe
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/nfl...#ixzz2WbiGOtye
NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. -- New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was questioned by police investigating a possible homicide in this town 40 miles south of Boston. A source with knowledge of the investigation said Massachusetts State police spoke to Hernandez on Monday and were interested in possibly searching his home. Hernandez is not believed to be a murder suspect, according to a source, but a vehicle rented in his name has emerged as a key piece of evidence in the investigation. The Sun Chronicle of Attleboro, Mass., reported on Tuesday that police identified a rented 2013 Chevrolet Suburban with Rhode Island license plates in connection with the possible homicide. According to the paper, the vehicle is registered to Enterprise and investigators were hoping to analyze it for fingerprints. A source said Hernandez's name is tied to that rental vehicle. A jogger found the body of a 27-year-old Boston man on Monday in an North Attleboro clearing, less than a mile from Hernandez's home. A North Attleboro police car idled in front of Hernandez's home on Tuesday, parked across the street from two television news vans. Yasmina Serdarevic, a spokesperson for the Bristol County District Attorney's Office, declined comment on Tuesday afternoon when contacted by SI.com. A source close to Hernandez confirmed that the player had spoken with authorities in connection with case, but would not elaborate. Athletes First, Hernandez's agency, declined comment when contacted by SI.com. Hernandez has consulted with a lawyer, who did not return a call from SI.com. A fourth-round pick in the 2010 draft, Hernandez was named to the Pro Bowl in his second season. Last season he caught 51 passes and scored five touchdowns for the Patriots. ------------------- Holy shit |

So, the guy was executed a mile away from the house?
Why was the cleaning crew hired? Why was the suburban left at the murder scene? What about the neighbors video? What about reports that neighbors heard gunshots from the Hernandez home the night of the murder? Here's how I'm connecting the dots... The guy gets shot once in the house (the shot(s) neighbors heard) and is brought out into the suburban (there may well be a video of this taken by his neighbor) to be brought somewhere to finish the guy off. He tries to run when the vehicle stops and is shot in the back and then shot in the head to make sure he is dead. Unless they walked back home after the murder (highly unlikely) there has to be a second vehicle in this crime. I'm guessing the prosecution has mountains of evidence at this point. |

Aaron Hernandez was locked and loaded 4 years before his current alleged murder predicament ... and he made sure to capture the gun-toting moment on camera. TMZ has obtained this photo ... showing a 19-year-old Aaron brandishing a Glock handgun for a selfie iPhone pic. You can see a magazine inserted into the gun, but it's unclear if it was loaded. We've learned the pic was taken in Gainesville, Florida in 2009 ... the same time Hernandez was playing football for the University of Florida. Aaron is wearing a Livestrong bracelet -- which is pretty ironic, because spokesperson Lance Armstrong also left his sport in disgrace. Circumstantial Evidence Against Aaron Hernandez
Hernandez orchestrated the crime (accusation). Lloyd had spoken to people at a nightclub that Hernandez did not like on Friday. Police found another gun from a previous incident in Hernandez’s home. His fingerprints were found on a gun. The gun used in the Odin Lloyd murder was not found. There were shell casings found in the car Hernandez rented. They were thrown away, but recovered by police. They match what was used in the homicide. Tire impressions found at the scene were consistent with the Nissan Altima Hernandez rented. They have surveillance footage of Hernandez pulling onto the dirt road. Lloyd was killed at the spot he was found. There were six to eight hours missing from Hernandez’s security system. There were 14 cameras at Hernandez’s house. The destruction of the video surveillance and the cell phone. There were text messages recovered between Hernandez and Lloyd. |

Considering he 'accidentally' shot someone in the face, that kinda goes without saying.
But yea he's a hood so he likely treats firearm safety rules like the rest of the patriots treat NFL rules.

He took that picture right before he posed with the gun held sideways over his head. The video shows him "throwing" bullets.

Even if the murder charge is eventually dropped (it won't be) the other charges are enough to have him be in prison until his child is done with school and will probably want nothing to do with him if/when he gets out.
That is a far worse sentence that anything the courts can do to him. |

He didn't shoot the guy in the face. The bullet ricocheted after hitting him in the arm. |
