You're ****ing dumb.

You asked why broadcasters on ESPN have more "credence" than internet guys. You don't like the answer. Throw a tantrum.

Sounds right.

You've yet to answer why they do, instead you resort to name calling.

But I guess since Herm Edwards is on ESPN and gets top notch info he's the best football guy to listen too?

Releasing the first round hall of famer was a financial decision and a decision to build for the future. It was the right call, and an easy choice to make. Andrew Luck was the most polished QB coming out of college ever.

Basically every scout in the league did the same, about a month ago Brian Billick said the Ravens had a higher grade on Russell than Calvin Johnson when he was there.

Russell was just a giant miss by basicallly everyone in football in general, we just have to let that one go.

Yes, I look like an "absolute ****ing reerun" because I don't think like you or have the same opinion.
It's a fan gif.

If somebody put up a Jamaal Charles picture that said "Unstoppable" in the caption, would you pull them to the side and say, "Umm, excuse me, but that's quite inaccurate to say that Jamaal Charles is ACTUALLY unstoppable. He gets tackled on most of his carries, meaning he IS actually stoppable. I would appreciate it if you would refrain from being so dishonest with yourself and reality and change the caption to reflect "what you want it to say and be an accurate portrayal of how you think the (runningback) will perform"

I used to like Mayock and the others. Kiper at least still gives some reasoning for his boards etc.

But Imo all of the big draft board media guys are full of mega hype for every player nowadays. I can't stand to listen anymore. Mayock especially.

Imo you are just as likely to get an accurate draft board from some podunk website/youtube hack as you are from any of the big guru dildos.

Well they have more credence with a casual fan, tons of sports fans watch ESPN and listen to those guys but don't pop online to read draft sites or forums.

It's one thing to accurately hit which player is drafted by which team: No one, outside of each organization, knows exactly who teams are choosing on draft day.

But it's another to say Kiper is "horrible". That's just ****ing bullshit. When was the last time Kiper said a guy that should be drafted in the first round lasted until the 6th or 7th?
You have your opinion and I'll keep mine. Kiper is wrong about a TON of players. Mel ranked RG3 #25 last year. Mel had Landry Jones at #4 last year. Sure, he gets things right, but most of the time, when he makes a bold prediction it turns out being a dumb one. The other predictions are ones that you or I or any other football fan with half a brain could make. His job is not that hard. Again, if he were any REAL genius, he'd be working for an NFL team. Then there are these gems:

"I think Ryan Leaf is more mature than Drew Bledsoe, he's very much a grown up 21 year old."

"Wes Welker is not worth a second round pick. I don't care how much you like his work ethic ... he has done nothing to show a value that high"

“JaMarcus Russell’s gonna immediately energize that Raider Nation, that fanbase, that football team- on the practice field, in that locker room- three years from now you could be looking at a guy that’s certainly one of the elite top five quarterbacks in this league. You’re talking about a 2-3 year period once he’s under center. Look out because skill level that he has is certainly John Elway like.”

"Ki-Jana (Carter) could be the next Bo Jackson"

"He (Peyton Manning) isn't John Elway, Dan Marino or Jim Kelly, but he's as good as it gets in college football," Kiper said of Manning. "A lot of these teams in the NFL are desperate for quarterbacks and he's the best out there, with Ryan Leaf a real close second."

"Jason Shivers was the steal of this draft".

GET EXCITED, CHIEFS NATION! THE CHIEFS ARE GONNA DRAFT A QB IN THE FIRST ROUND!

BUT PLEASE REFRAIN FROM INVESTING ANY KIND OF HOPE IN HIM. PLEASE DO NOT DREAM OF THE THINGS YOUR TEAM WILL ACCOMPLISH WITH THE QB UNTIL YOU ACTUALLY SEE HOW WELL HE WILL DO. ABOVE ALL, DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CAREFREE AND PRESSURE-FREE STATUS AS A FAN AND ASCRIBE GREATNESS BEFORE IT ACTUALLY HAPPENS, BECAUSE WHAT IF YOU'RE WRONG AND THAT QB ISN'T ANY GOOD AT ALL?

ARE YOU AS PUMPED UP AS I AM???

Mayock has good sources so he's good for projecting who goes where, as far as his evaluations not so much.

Kiper moves guys up and gives them talking buzz when agents pay him, they all have more agenda's than just projecting the best players.

He was certainly right about Manning.

And as for Leaf, as I've mentioned so many times in the past, NONE of these guys are privy to the psyche examinations.

No. However, would you agree that putting unstoppable on a JC gif is more acceptable than putting one on, say, Peyton Hillis? The person who said that would said *** off because there's no debate on whether JC is a great RB or not. However, the Peyton Hillis guy might go "you know, you're right. Peyton Hillis ****ing sucks".

I don't mean for those to take it literally. I mean the gif should be taken for what it is trying to convey ("unstoppable" and "destiny" both conveying undoubtedly positive messages).
