@TeamVic: Thoroughly confused. Zimmerman doesn't last a year before the hood catches up to him.

He deleted it minutes after he tweeted and we wait until we hear he was hacked.

From the context of the call, Z doesn't know where he is going to be when the cops show up. If he was just going to wait in his truck, he would know exactly where he was going to be (he tells the dispatcher where his truck is). That implies that he going to try to keep tabs on Martin, imo.

He could also just mean he'll meet them somewhere else. I don't know, but I think if Zimmerman had said, I'm still following, they'd have repeated what they told him before.

He told the dispatcher where his truck would be but wanted the police to call him when they got there so he could tell them where he would be (i.e. not in his truck).

No, but personal involvement is different. I also would follow and stay on the line. Zimmerman did more than follow.

So are you saying Zimmerman made no mistakes?

He got out of his truck to follow Martin (which the dispatcher knew). I guess if he wasn't going to go back to truck, it was because it was a nice evening out and he was just going to go out for a stroll while waiting for the cops to show up.

Exactly what did he that was more than following? He followed.....Martin jumped him and he defended himself.

I've already ****ing claimed that he made a mistake. In my mind...Martin made more.

This is where I am too. It's too bad that when Martin took off running while Z was still in his truck, he didn't just run all the way to where he was staying.

Its as easy to say he'd meet them at the front of the complex or elsewhere, as assume he meant he plans to continue following.
