After playing with a bunch of JV QB's for his entire career, I don't blame Bowe one bit for wanting out.

If we can't keep him, we NEED to trade him now. Even if Pioli dies and we don't trade him, we still end up losing him to FA.

KC ****ed up with Carr and Bowe. Totally botched it Pioli.

Bowe can be replaced. WR's like Bowe come out every year. He is a good player, he's nothing special.
WTF? I have no idea what you are talking about with your post. They do not come out every year, he is the best the Chiefs have had in at least 40 years.

He does not have negative energy, he is not Brandon Marshal.

I really don't understand the negative energy comment, either. He's gotta be tired of being stuck in an organization that is going nowhere. Who wouldn't be? But that's simply speculation. If he has "negative energy" he certainly isn't showing it publicly...

Maybe they'll feel sorry for us and throw in Jake Long, you know...just because we won't be able to resign our current LT anyway.

Saying that Bowe puts up good numbers with shitty QB's is irrelevant.

You could ALSO argue that with a great QB (that spreads the ball around) Bowe could have worse numbers than with the Chiefs.

A big reason Bowe has put up big numbers on this team is because Cassel goes to him as his #1 read whether he is covered or not, and has since 2009. Same to be said with Huard.

I firmly believe that Bowe has MORE catches due to our shitty QB situation.

To counter my point, an argument could also be made that he would have better YAC with a different QB that can get him the ball in the right spot instead of making him slide/jump/dive to catch it. So when you say better NUMBERS, you need to specify what numbers you are talking about.

I like Bowe, I think he can be great in this league... but he needs a fresh start with a new QB to do that. I think he's just going through the motions on this team, and that is why you are seeing dropped balls. I think he knows that this team isn't going anywhere and he's just in "fuck it" mode.

The fact is, a GOOD QB can make any WR look good because he can put the ball in his fucking chest or hands. Bowe has to make circus catches all of the time to bail out Cassel. In Aaron Rodgers world, he can put it on the back shoulder like nobody's business. A thrown ball that ANY WR can catch. We see WR's come and go through this league all of the time. They develop a certain relationship with the QB, they gain trust, and they get more attempts.

Tannehill could feel more comfortable throwing to guys he has been around this year and Bowe may hardly ever see the ball. We won't know until it happens.

You are seeing Brandon Marshall have another breakout year because he's back with Cutler. Even though Cassel sucks, there may not be another QB on another team that is SHITTY enough to throw ONLY TO BOWE, which would decrease his numbers.

My point is, while Bowe is a nice asset to ANY team in the NFL.... not having him isn't going to stop us from going to a super bowl once we get a LEGIT QB, a better GM, and fill some holes on our defense.

Tell me about Reggie Wayne's production when he had Curtis ****ing Painter throwing him the ball

Jason Cole has been a Pioli spin machine for weeks now. His tweet about Bowe wanting out absolutely 100% assuredly came from Pioli.

And even if it wasn't already clear that Cole was a Pioli mouthpiece, Cole talked shit on Bowe in that radio interview he did in Miami. So you know it's not Bowe that Cole is getting stuff from.

It's Pioli bullshit. Don't buy into it.

I'm not gonna dig it up, but in this thread there is a tweet from someone saying that Bowe confirmed wanting out and even acknowledged Miami as a place he wouldn't mind going.

Why would this surprise anyone? Wasn't it a given that when they didn't reach a long term deal this last year it was over between the organization and Bowe?

what did the dolphins get for Marshall? I would think that would be about fair trade value for Bowe. Both are talented but have issues, and they are about the same age. anyone remember?

So Marshall was traded from Miami to the Bears for two 3rd round picks. Bowe is a bit less of a head case and wasn't just arrested. I'm thinking a second and third this year and I'd be happy with that trade. Get your QBOTF, get a new receiver or two, and then use the rest of our picks for other spots. Get rid of his whiny ass.
