The guys on 610 were a hoot. As much as they are angry that fans have noticed that the Royals have started just where they left-off, they think if they overtly laugh while they disagree with their callers, they can skip-over relevant facts like this is the same ol-same ol.

Just like the loss for the Chiefs in Indy was "one loss", they fail to grasp the fact that you need to bring about a sense of urgency as soon as it happens instead of 15 losses onto an 18-loss streak.

So don't over react, but don't under-react (like they are doing). Not only are they under reacting, they're already making excuses. Nothing new there.. Just like the team, it's never time to panic until it's too late.

So I'm not writing the season off, but Ned should be very quick to let Moose know he went 0fer, just like usual...
