All of those guys are responsible for this turnaround.

It's not just ONE guy.

You got to give Clark credit for hiring Reid.

You got to give Reid credit for assembling a good coaching staff and having all those guys contributing to making this a well coached ball club.

You got to give John Dorsey credit for bringing in some key players and improving/upgrading this roster heads and shoulders better than last year.

*The sum of all these parts equals the whole

Reid, Dorsey, Donovan, players, etc. are all acquired assets. The same with Haley, Pioli, Donovan, players, etc.. If new assets produced like the old assets. Clark Hunt gets the blame. There were several people already saying that if Pioli and company was the best he could do then maybe there needs to be a different Hunt put in charge or simply the Hunts should sell to someone else.
We will always blame all of the acquired assets that do not work. They deserve that blame and disdain. But, isn't there always a but, the ultimate blame or credit for acquiring those assets is Clark Hunt.
