I always go with 6-9-1 but I think you may be onto something or on something?

6-10
I dont think Reid can coach all of Herm's stars to more then six wins. Why is a sweep of Oakland considered a lock? Chiefs haven't beaten them in like for ever. I just don't see a team go from two wins to the playoffs in one season. Bowe is gonna drop criticle passes that cost them games. The Tailbacks are going to fumble. The QB position was improved but not to the level needed to win a division. Add in the fact that the offense has to learn yet another new scheme. Would that be 5 new schemes in 5 years? Ouch! Gives me a headache thinking about it.

8-8 at best. Our QB/WR corps is sketchy - outside of bowe.

It would be a massive effort to research, but I'd bet that 2010 SOS was one of the Top 5 easiest in the modern era. |

I think the core has matured to that point where they realize it's pretty much got to happen by next season and they will lay the path this year for next. Basically, this year they need to establish wins, next year they can take that next step -- or, at least, that's what might be the mindset.
If the Chiefs can't put a winner together this year, time to blow up the core -- a core group can't continue to put up losing seasons and be considered a good core group that needs to stay together.

So will the Browns. And they added Devone Bess, who is going to help those two young receivers learn how to be professionals. Norv Turner was the biggest upgrade on the offense. I cant wait to watch the show.
