Patriots' Hernandez Questioned By Police in Homicide Probe
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/nfl...#ixzz2WbiGOtye
NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. -- New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was questioned by police investigating a possible homicide in this town 40 miles south of Boston. A source with knowledge of the investigation said Massachusetts State police spoke to Hernandez on Monday and were interested in possibly searching his home. Hernandez is not believed to be a murder suspect, according to a source, but a vehicle rented in his name has emerged as a key piece of evidence in the investigation. The Sun Chronicle of Attleboro, Mass., reported on Tuesday that police identified a rented 2013 Chevrolet Suburban with Rhode Island license plates in connection with the possible homicide. According to the paper, the vehicle is registered to Enterprise and investigators were hoping to analyze it for fingerprints. A source said Hernandez's name is tied to that rental vehicle. A jogger found the body of a 27-year-old Boston man on Monday in an North Attleboro clearing, less than a mile from Hernandez's home. A North Attleboro police car idled in front of Hernandez's home on Tuesday, parked across the street from two television news vans. Yasmina Serdarevic, a spokesperson for the Bristol County District Attorney's Office, declined comment on Tuesday afternoon when contacted by SI.com. A source close to Hernandez confirmed that the player had spoken with authorities in connection with case, but would not elaborate. Athletes First, Hernandez's agency, declined comment when contacted by SI.com. Hernandez has consulted with a lawyer, who did not return a call from SI.com. A fourth-round pick in the 2010 draft, Hernandez was named to the Pro Bowl in his second season. Last season he caught 51 passes and scored five touchdowns for the Patriots. ------------------- Holy shit |

Posted by Mike Florio on June 19, 2013, 1:59 PM EDT Aaron Hernandez Pic Getty Images June is a slow month for football. It hasn’t been a slow month for a certain football player’s lawyers. According to TMZ, Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was sued last week in a Florida federal court for allegedly shooting someone in the face. The lawsuit, filed by Alexander S. Bradley, claims that Hernandez shot Bradley on February 13, 2013 while the two men were riding in a car. Bradley allegedly lost his right eye as a result of the incident, along with other injuries. Per TMZ, the case was dismissed only four days after it was filed. Since it’s highly unlikely that any action was taken on the case that quickly, there’s a chance the case was settled. Hernandez would have been much smarter to settle the case before it was filed. Between the lawsuit and the investigation in Massachusetts, Hernandez is now more likely to attract the attention of the league office, which is more apt to apply the enforce the personal-conduct policy when a player is involved in multiple off-field incidents. |

How does Hernandez have that massive house and the money to pay people off after shooting them in the face?
He was only a fourth round pick and TMK is still playing on his rookie deal. |

Police reportedly spent hours inside Aaron Hernandez's home Tuesday night and emerged with a box.
There's still no sign that Hernandez is a suspect in the murder investigation, but he has consulted with a lawyer. It's possible that the box police removed from his home was evidence. The Patriots, NFL, district attorney's office and Hernandez's agents have all declined comment, leaving the public in the dark as to exactly what is going on. We only know that a 27-year-old male body of an "associate" of Hernandez's was found in the vicinity of a rental car connected to the tight end roughly a mile from his home. The family of homicide victim Odin Lloyd tells WBZ-TV that Lloyd dated the sister of Aaron Hernandez's girlfriend.
The pieces of the puzzle are starting to come together. Lloyd's body was found roughly a mile from Hernandez's home, in the vicinity of a rental car connected to the tight end. WBZ-TV is reporting that Hernandez has not been ruled out as a suspect, but ABC says the tight end did cooperate with police Tuesday night. He left his house in a white SUV Wednesday morning, presumably with his lawyers. A search warrant of the rental car is expected to be executed Wednesday. Jun 19 - 12:25 PM |

Goes to show that its very likely that part of why teams didn't want to draft him high might have been how his life may change when he gets a boatload of money.
Not even 6 months after getting PAID, he shoots a guy in the face and a few months later he is involved in a murder. |

You'd be surprised.
Have you read the Cowboys book? The story about Michael Irvin in there was amazing. |
