Not sure what we are doing yet, I will be at work. May smoke up a couple Tri Tips since they are fairly quick and easy on the smoker.

We're doing bacon wrapped tater tots and scottish eggs. I was watching a show the other night describing bacon wrapped burnt ends. I will definitely be trying that at some point during the season next year, if not sooner.
