The Vikings...

Are favored by 2.

An 0-3 team visiting Arrowhead is favored by 2 points.

Here's hope Adrian Peterson runs wild and Jared Allen rapes our offensive tackles.

I'd pay for a "Gus Johnson rebroadcasts sporting events" channel.
Imagine his call on the Cassel interception last week. He might have melted.

He is contracted to do college and NFL for Fox, so I suppose it's possible.

Because there's other seasons than just this one.

This year is completely lost. Take the lumps now, be better later. Get the QB you've needed for the last 20 years and be done with it.

Don't bother explaining it to the true fans. Waste of your time.

Nevermind. Apparently, Gus will be calling the Rams/Redskins game this weekend.

It's really not hard to understand.

Us many fans feel that our team right now is not good enough for the playoffs and that if we win a couple of games, we won't be able to draft an elite QB prospect (top 5-10 pick).

We feel that this team will continually struggle every year if we keep Cassell as our starting QB or some other average QB. On the other hand, if we can draft Luck or another top QB prospect, the future will be bright (even if that QB prospect is to struggle at first).

It's really a case of wanting to take a step back in order to make big leaps forward the next years.

To make it short, there is a ton more chances that the Chiefs win a SuperBowl in the near future if they can draft Luck than if they keep going the way it is (with an average to bottom 5 QB). And we know Luck might become a bust but we still feel it's our best chance to become a dominant team.

I don't hope the Chiefs win or cheer for the opposite team. However, like the bad news bears, I just laugh at our ineptitude and all of our miscues.

I WISH that the chiefs would go on a 17 game winning streak and win the Super Bowl.

I WISH that Matt Cassel didn't suck.

Sadly, those things will NOT happen. I live in reality.

And yeah, its funny. You can't tell me that you didn't at Cassel's interception and hat miscue.

The Vikes will lead by 20 going into the 4th quarter, and KC will come back to win it.

It requires foresight. If you are into meaningless wins and never want to see the Chiefs compete for a Superbowl, then your position is completely understandable.

Rooting against your own team is not only fun for the future, but it allows you to troll dumbass homers, too.

It's like the dumbass homers turn into opposing fans.
