We all laugh at Tony Romo for his choke jobs and all that, but Ill tell you what, I gotta hand it to him here.

That's one tough son of a bitch to stay in that football game with a herniated disk, running and heaving passes like that. That shit is pure unadulterated agony.

This to me is right there with Donovan McNabb playing an entire second half on a broken leg for the Eagles. Ridiculous pain thresholds for these guys.

The way he was limping its a lower disc, probably L4 or L5, maybe his Sacrum discs. The one thing that helped mine wasn't a Chiropractor, wasn't physical therapy, it was swimming. Take 2 Ibuprofen, swim as many laps as you can till you're tired, then sit in a hot tub and let a jet hit it for 15-20 minutes. It's the only thing that helped me because I wasn't going to do the shot or surgery. I'm all better now but it took awhile.

I have it at L4-L5 and L5-S1.... Can be painful at times. Sometimes legs go numb or feels like shots of electricity runs down them. Easier to play sports when this flairs up than with broken ribs.
