How about the Royals just not swing at the slider? Loux isn't getting it over anyway. They should sit on his breaking ball. (Easier said than done, I know).

DDJ is really starting to be a big diappointment. I don't know what his avg with RISP is but here lately he can't even seem to get the bat on the ball with RISP.

understandable. We've been so hilariously bad at baserunning this year, that when we finally do something correctly but it doesnt work out and looks bad, its hard not to get frustrated again.

That's fair. DeJesus really hasn't played up to expectations so far.

he is going to be aggressive, which i don't always agree with too much risk/reward, but I atleast understand what he is trying for. People blowing a gasket at jacobs should hold off until we drop a routine pop out or throw the ball into the stands because we forgot how many outs there are.

I couldnt care less what he or anyone else in the lineup does with RISP. There is no such thing as being good at hitting with RISP, DDJ has just not been doing well this year, period.

Teahen is about the only one who has been clutch as of late. I don't want him moved from 3rd. He is starting to hit like we expect him too.

Huh. It's shocking that he's been performing poorly in the 2 hole. There aren't statistics that could have suggested this prior to the season.

At least Barnyard Trey wouldn't know about these...

Great job, Teahen with a 2-out hit.

Teahan is the only guy getting good swings on Loux. At least that makes someone. Once again, Cereal's ability to actually steal a base proves theoretically super-beneficial.

baserunning on this team is magnified because we have below average speed.

Well not we just need Davies to pitch a shutout and we are good.

Any news on Soria for today?

When will Trey decide to flip-flop Crisp and DDJ?

As Frank White has said multiple times and I agree with, there isn't a whole lot of difference between the 1 & 2 spots. He just has not looked good at the plate.

Why would you? Coco is a machine right now for getting on base and he can actually ****ing steal. Sorry, I don't switch. If anything DDJ goes down in the lineup.
