Tonight had to have been the best to date, IMO. Yeah, I organize this crap and I get derive a small portion of credit but it this the perfect venue with the perfect menu with the perfect band.

I don't know how it gets much bettter than that. Guilt trip aside, those of you sitting at home reading this really don't know what you're missing.

Glad you are all having a good time, but let me vent okay.......the ONLY reason I am not there, is because of my kids, it's not like I was driving across town to a football game, I would of been 10 hours away...and you say bring them...and do what..leave them alone all weekend with a sitter or friend......I don't think any of them wanted to drive 10 hours for mom to attend a party...

now I am done, bring on the heartache.......

I won't just say that the banquets get better each year, I'll say the entire weekend gets better each year. I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is the number one event I look forward to each year. And if anyone thinks this is just because I am a no life loser who has nothing better in his life than to get together with a bunch of other internet wonks, it's because you haven't attended yet. Mass quantities of great food and adult beverages is just icing on the cake, the best part is the people who show up. Great, great people, who are every bit as fun in real life, if not more so, as they are on the board.

Still though, this is by far the most fun time I been, despite that I was a noob there. I'm was kinda quiet for the most part, but I still get around here and there. Of course, I did have to watch my brother now and then, since he had no way of communicating with others.

But I'm deftinaly in for next year.
