Yea agree.. This team is going through a coaching transition. I think they need to start preparing for the future. Time to put in the young guys.

Yea it's Herms fault our players suck.......I got news for you man, it doesn't matter who the coach is it takes talent to win games and we don't have enough.

we have plenty of tyalent the fact of the matter is that Herm doesn't know how to use it when he learns how to use the talent we will be unstopable.

We have the talent at several positions, its just not the ones that make the most difference in Herms coaching style. We are lacking at OT, DT, and LB. WR is horrible as well, but you can play with 2nd rate WRs if you play good defense, have a good OL with a strong running game.

We have plenty of talent?

It starts and ends in the trenches.

Out of 5 offensive linemen, we have 1 (Waters) that could be considered "talent". After him, you have Wiegmann and Shields, who will both likely retire.

On the defensive line, we have Hali and Allen, and part-time change-of-pace in Wilkerson.

We don't have plenty of talent. We're WOEFULLY thin on both lines, where it counts the most. And that doesn't even take into account our WR's and DB's, where we're hurting almost as bad.
