I will be pissed if this happens. Cut a rookie that showed potential and keep guys like Boomer, Thigpen, and the rest of the fringe.

The Chiefs planned to promote former Arena League receiver Bobby Sippio from the practice squad to play against the Bears. They would release rookie tight end Michael Allan to clear roster space for Sippio.

I figured that much. Pick him up and put him in the practice squad, as typical of the Chiefs.

I guess I couldn't understand why the Chiefs couldn't put Kennison into the PUP list for the time being. Kennison is gonna miss alot of time becuase of that injury.

Edwards was a good pick up. He played pretty damn well.

I think you can only do that before the season starts, it's either IR or you count as a roster spot once the season is going.

How are they going to cut parker when we are already kind of WR short? That would leave us back with 3 wide outs.

You're probably right, but I just thought you could put a player on the PUP list anytime until the sixth week.

I wonder what people opinions would be if the NFL had something like a 1 week, 2 week, etc Disabled list, where it opens a roster spot without having to waste by cutting somebody.
