I meant on the Chargers last possession where we forced them to punt from the back of their own endzone. If you dont think THAT was good defense and a morale boost for the team that couldve carried over into OT, then What ****ing game were YOU watching?

Looks a hell of a loot better than the "how can we still be losing like this after spending 163 million" stupid stare Al has developed

I have no strong feelings either way, but if you don't understand the difference between Tampa last week, and us this week, you're reeruned.

Funny, when Shanahan went for 2 and the win against Denver in the first game of the year, everyone was talking about how Shanahan has guts to do that and Herm never would. I'm sure TN_Chief was saying that too.

I was fine with going for two. I even think the clock was managed really well in this game.

Criticism was going to fly regardless of the call.
Unless they had converted.

You play to win the game. This close but no cigar bit isn't going to cut it. The team is banged up because they are old in certain spots, have an oline that can't block for crap, and because much of our team should be riding on the bench somewhere or even out of the league but are starting here.

HUGE growth for a man like Herm. And the team. Wow. With everyone walking wounded this was, flat out, an amazing performance. I'm not just impressed but proud of it...

I'm not suggesting that we'd make the playoffs, or even get the win. What I want to see is that the head coach has a ****ing clue about what he's doing...and going for 2 there doesn't show that. It shows that he's a goddamn moron.
