Anyone here try the Vibram Five Finger [Toed] Shoes, yet?

I got a pair for Christmas, well a couple days before Christmas... and they are by far, the most comfortable shoe that I've ever worn.

I have flat feet, and so standing properly in shoes has always been a challenge... but the way these shoes are constructed, my feet are perfectly in the right place, for like the first time ever.

Heh, I had some of those in HS for improving my 40 time. Went from a 4.78 to a 4.65. Not saying these were the direct reason for the improvement, cause i did a lot of training, just saying.

I actually think the parachute thingy helped the most.

That is my thought as well. When I was young, they wanted to put me in some Forrest Gump type shoes since my arch is all ****ed up. I refused. These are the first pair of shoes that actually feel great for me.

So, I got another pair today... Posture is better, energy levels are higher and at the end of the day my feet don't hurt. Win. Win. Win.
