What separates the good qb from a great one is that the great one can make avg or subpar receivers turn into good legitimate NFL starters. This is why Brady,Manning,Brees, and Rodgers are on an elite level..and then there's everyone else.

Often, a quarterback's consistency is the difference in winning or losing. When you get closer to the big game, the most successful quarterbacks makes critical plays at critical times. Playoffs are where reputations are made, as this is where the elite winners shine. Winning the Super Bowl is the icing on the cake.
