Edit: To clarify, "visited" or "been to" can also include "lived in".

For instance, I've never specially traveled anywhere in Nebraska (seriously, who has?), but I drove the length of that vile barren sonofabitch from the southeastern tip to the northwestern tip, and it was horrible and took hours, and by God I'm counting it.
