Knile Davis

Okay, so I was pretty pissed when we took this kid. On paper, he has a shit ton of fumbles and Moeaki-like ankle.

However... watching this highlight tape, albeit from 2010, gave me wood.

2 RB's with 4.3 speed is not a bad thing. He runs hard, is tough to bring down, and has blazing speed. God forbid JC goes down at all, our entire offensive scheme wont have to be completely altered.

I don't like WHERE he was picked, but I'm glad he's a Chief, so long as he can bring this to the table:

I'll be honest, if his name was Chili Davis I'd probably warm up to him more. His name is a small percentage why I didn't like the pick.

And also the fact that for a football player he seems to have a built in glass vagina and secretes vaseline on his hands naturally whenever he is holding the rock.

I know a little harsh...

They took him way at the end of the 3rd with the Carr compensatory pick.

It did look like Dorsey was picking a lot of "upside" guys with his picks. However, the strategy makes sense when you look at what he did in free agency in terms of "filling holes" on the roster.

Clearly, the team decided to draft a T way back when they released Winston.

Obviously, most of us aren't happy about what he did at QB. But, other than that, there aren't huge roster holes. Maybe safety, ILB, backup running back, and WR.

If he can stay healthy, It's a decent pick. As a backup, this can turn into a great pick if JC were to ever get knocked out of the game. The thing though, is that we now have something like 5 Running Backs on the roster.

I liked the Cyrus Gray pick better tbh.

I don't know why we are writing him off already, we've barely seen him play.

He reminds me a lot of Darren McFadden...size, speed, injuries, school...

I understand those who question the pick, but this guy is a potential game breaker, and our team needs more great athletes.

Yeah, my bad. It keeps feeling like Kelce was our second round pick, but we didn't have one.
