Why do we run an RPO offense?

Mahomes is not a real threat to keep the ball and rarely does thank god. Should we run a regular style and mix in the RPO or is that what we do now and I'm too drunk during the game to notice?

What "formation" are you talking about? The one with a QB, RB, a TE, WRs, and OL?

How does running an RPO get him moving lol?

See, you couldn't help yourself either. He just has it in his thick head that the RPO is the same as the pitch/pass/run option that college teams run.

That wasn't OP.

And asking why we run do much RPO isn't really a bad question IMO. Given the option to keep the ball or hand it off to Darrel Williams and CEH, Mahomes keeping the ball is the answer 90% of the time. There's really no added benefit to the RPOs.

Mahomes has been prone to fumble when he gets chased down from behind...I agree, no added benefit to RPO.
Generally Mahomes should throw or hand it off.

Very good question!

I'll take Cool Ranch over Nacho Cheese, but the dark horse option is Salsa Verde. It's the best Dorito flavor and doesn't often get the praise it deserves.

You seem sweet, btw.

Spicy Nacho is the only kind I buy anymore, none of the other styles put enough flavor powder on them these days

Oh no, no, no. Don't try to act like that's what you were asking.

You specifically asked why we run the RPO when MAHOMES isn't really a threat to run.

You don't know the difference between RPO and 'the option'.

Which others have also basically copped to as well this season.

For a bunch of superfans, this board is full of people who know nothing at all about football.
