For those who missed it.....
and then this too...... In the first clip, you can clearly hear Barrett shouting obscenities immediately upon catching Ziggler. At the time I first saw it, that told me all I needed to know regarding whether that was a botched spot or not. For what its worth, it looked like there were quite a few bad landings during that Battle Royal. Tough luck.

Hearing it is a dislocated elbow and not a broken arm.

Yeah it looked like an elbow. Really wasn't a point where the actual arm was in trouble. The elbow got bent backwards.
What was up with Taker getting "what'ed". Are you kidding me? Yeah he was off on the mic and the story line isn't everyone's favorite, but give me a break. I thought they might do the best story line they could do with Taker/HHH but they aren't. Michaels guest ref, HHH wants him to help him and he does. As HHH goes for the pin Michaels has guilt, doesn't count. HHH yells and Michaels Super-Kicks him to even the match back out and leaves the ring. Hell in the Cell is a decent twist atleast. Wish Taker had to do some "dark side" stuff to get HHH to agree. Whether it be fire, messing with HHH for a few weeks, or even screwing with Stephanie. "Where to, Stephanie?" |

I sincerely doubt this happens, but I hope they take a page from WM 18. They had Rock vs. Hogan, which was the equivalent of Rock vs. Cena, go on as the 3rd-to-last match of the night. Then the women's match, then the Jericho-HHH match for the Undisputed Title to close the show. Understandably, the belt meant a lot more back then, and they didn't build up Rock-Hogan for a year, but whatever. Punk-Jericho outta end the show. Quote:

I thought it was a really good Raw last night (save the first 10-15 minutes), and am excited to see what happens tonight, although I'll have to catch up after the fact. And Bryan vs. Punk needs to main-event Mania one of these years. Last edited by 58kcfan89; 02-21-2012 at 01:38 PM.. |

Dislocated elbow is worse than a broken arm IMO.
Right now I've heard he's gone 6-8 weeks at best.

Yeah, it doesn't soundas bad. However, it takes longer for ligaments and tendons to heal than it does for a bone to heal.

Minus the Teddy/Laurinaitis aspect of the ending, I thought that was really well done with Punk/Bryan.

Cena and Rock has to go on last. That's what people are paying to see. I got no problem with that, and I'm glad no title's involved there (doesn't need it).
Rare year where I like all the main events. Using last year as a guide, Danielson/Sheamus would open the show like Edge/Del Rio did for WM 27. Then Cody Rhodes and Big Show. Then the GM vs GM tag match. I'm not sure what this year's equivalent of Punk and Orton will be. Maybe that's the Kharma/Beth spot. Then taker/HHH HIAC. Something to cool the crowd needs to follow that. Then Punk and Jericho and then Rock and Cena. Just a wild guess... Pretty much a throw-away show last night, although the Punk/Danielson match was pretty great. I loved the ending of it, can't remember the last time I saw that. Perfect way to keep them both strong and to build the Longrenaitis feud. Last edited by keg in kc; 02-22-2012 at 04:31 AM.. |

For those interested here are some of the tweets (in the order they occured) Punk and Chris Brown were sending back and forth. Things is, I can't figure out if this is staged or not.....my gut says no, but I'm still unsure.
CM Punk - "I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody that can defend themselves. Me curb stomping that turd would be a #wrestlemania moment." Chris Brown - "Positivity regardless of how u feel! @CMPunk contact my assistant and I'll have em send u an autographed pic for my biggest FAN!!!" Chris Brown - "@CMpunk needs more followers. (twitvid.com link is embeded below) Chris Brown - "@CMPunk the video u just posted was cute! It's so funny how defensive u are." Chris Brown - "And the fact that I really don't know who you are and could give a shit is the funny part!" Chris Brown - "I miss the real wrestlers! ( Hacksaw Jim duggan, Brett the hitman heart, coco beware, rowdy roddy piper) #Notnopunks" Chris Brown - "THE ROCK #Notnopunks" Chris Brown - "Number one trend! IM DONE!" Chris Brown - "We got them #Notnopunks tshirts on deck! Ask @TwonABMG and @Bighoodboss for yall sizes! Chris Brown - "Note:today will be the last day I bring @CMPunk existence up!The confrontations that people continuously bring my way are very amusing." Chris Brown - "Cuz honestly, that shit is too time consuming to argue wit every person who has their own issues to deal with!" CM Punk - "#aintnowomanbeater"
