6'5" 220 lbs... and he's not up for arbitration until after next season. Hits lefties pretty well. Not a terrible addition.

I hope Chris Getz. Go with Tejada/Johnson at 2B.
5-OF alignment. Maxwell gives them more thump against LHP, which is needed. It would be interesting to go: Gordon Maxwell Hosmer Butler Against LHP and see how the top of that lineup produces.

I assume we're platooning him with Lough. David doesn't have much of a split, but Maxwell's split is huge. He's pretty bad against right-handed pitching.
