Peacock exclusive playoff game is stupid
Bad move by the league. Quit being greedy and keeping your customers from watching your product.

Surely they wont put Mahomes in that game but who knows.

Eventually the Super Bowl will be stuck behind a paywall. Question is how much can they charge the public without jumping the shark? Can they get away with a $50-100 price?

They'll never say, but I'm curious how many of those 23 million were actually new individual subscribers to Peacock. Hopefully that 23 million includes viewers in local KC and Miami markets that watched OTA, people who signed up and shared their passwords with as many other people as possible, and existing Peacock subscribers. I'm sure they still gained millions of new subscribers but I hope it's a lot less than they were hoping and I hope they all cancel way sooner than the NBC execs planned.

They only had the one exclusive game this year... I think the Lions game last night was on Peacock, but was nationally televised on NBC, and their game next week will be, too.

All of those contracts are done, they won't just switch to Peacock exclusives.

Ok, looked ahead on my dish network and this is correct. I originally looked ahead and looked at Saturday and not Sunday for the game and didn't see it. Saw LPGA golf. Thought the game was Saturday.
