Well, keg has me considering not watching this ep, just so I can go marathon with it next week. I don't know; I'm sure I'll buckle and watch it.

I was thinking the same thing. I'll say I'm not going to watch it and then watch it.

That decision has been made for me, as I am going to be out of town in a place without TV all weekend. So I will definitely be catching the marathon next week. To those who watch tonight... enjoy!

Too many commercials tonight.

That was.... pointless. Awful. Ten minutes of relative story, half an hour of pointless shit back on Caprica, 20 minutes of commercials. Pure filler/time killer. Reminded me of a bad episode from the second season of Lost.
If you're holding off watching this until next week, my advice is don't wait. I assume the finale will be great, and if you watch this turd now you'll get that bad taste out of your mouth before it starts. |

The last 3-4 eps have been an absolute snoozefest.

This was probably one of the most disappointing episodes in TV history. This is turning out to be little Jimmy waiting to do his school project until the last minute. Next week, they are going to cram so much crap into two hours (little Johnny half-assing zoom zoom zoom) and we are all going to be disappointed (little Johnny getting a "C" on the project).
What is the true nature of the Lords of Kobol? What is the true nature of the Cylon God? What is the deal with the Five Priests devoted to the One Whose Name Cannot Be Spoken? What is the deal with the Virtual Six? What is the deal with the Virtual Baltar? Why did the 13th tribe leave Kobol 2,000 years before the remaining twelve tribes? Why were the 12 tribes expelled from Kobol? What is the deal with Starbuck? What is the deal with the so-called Jealous God? How are they going to answer all of these questions with adequate care while having the MOASB? Are they even going to answer these questions? These latter episodes have been nothing, but NUTHOOKS. |
