I've talked a lot of shit on Bowe this year but he's a very good teammate and this isn't his fault. It's a shame he's leaving, because there is no ****ing way we're paying him what he's making now, and with everything he's been through I have no doubt he's leaving to experience some success. He'll be comeback player of the year next year.

Smith has avoided Bowe like he has Ebola all freaking year, c'mon man... Bowe would still be making crazy catches given the chances.

Bowe probably gets the least separation of any #1 receiver in the league. And I know people like to say "There's a difference between NFL open and Alex Smith open", but the point is, a #1 receiver SHOULD get "Alex Smith open" more times than Bowe does. The fact that people point out the fact that Bowe has to be force fed the ball just illustrates the fact that he's not a true #1. What other #1 receiver can you say has to be force fed because they don't consistently get open?

He's been a lunchpale, standup type of dude and a leader in the locker room. Unfortunately he doesn't fit Reid's offense which favors crisp route running and smaller/quicker guys on the outside.

At this point, Bowe is a definite #2... but I just couldnt disagree more that he's the one mainly responsible for the lack of production this year.

We all knew and made light of Smiths aversion to throwing outside the numbers until this year, but no receiver touchdowns 15 games in is the single most damning piece of evidence in the history of damning pieces of evidence.

No ****ing excuses for Smith, even the shittiest of QB's with the shittiest of receivers has managed to throw atleast ONE! freaking touchdown to a receiver in a full season. If nothing else was enough, that single stat is enough to make me want to puke in Smiths face, what a weird, bitch stat.
