*****Official 2012 Big 12 Basketball Tournament Thread*****
![]() With MU's last appearances in the Big 12 Tournament and in the Big Dance as part of the Big 12, they look like one of the teams to beat, in both. KU's regular season was typical: Strong throughout the season, winning the regular season championship. Lots of hope and hype. Rightly, so. KSU had a strong season; four home losses made things a bit rough, but they can play. Baylor's program has bounced back over the last two years, and boasts a top 10 ranking. OSU was hammered with the injuries to Nash and Adkins. Oklahoma had an even-Steven season, contrary to their strong history. Texas Tech, Texas A & M, and Texas were just plain, well, plain. Iowa State had a greatly improved regular season. Hoiberg took them to a new level. (So much for my rooting for the underdog to win it.) Who ya think will win it this year?
