Chiefs 3.5 point favorites on the road @ JAX

Pretty much everyone here knew we would be the favorites...

Is 3.5 points too little? About right?

Will we win by 4+?

If so can CP make a ton of money on this game?

What say you, CP?

Shall our fortunes ride together?

Maybe so, but predicting a blowout win for the Chiefs given the history of ineptitude in the state of Florida and all of the changes this off season is homerism at it's finest

I didn't expect anybody to actually research it but it looks like we're even more screwed now seeing Reid can't win at all in Florida.

The last time we won a road opener was 2010 (not very first game on the road but our first road game of the season in week two).

Welp, all things that are pointing to the negative aside.

You have to start somewhere, and you cant win your first one, until you win your first one if you know what im saying.

I just cant see Jacksonville winning this game. Its possible, I just don't see it.

If they had Blackmon, maybe.......

Completely forgot about them not having Justin Blackmon. Jesus other than MJD how the hell else are they going to score?

Wtf is Gabbert going to do? Do they plan on copying our game plan from the BAL game last season? Gabbert has to be pissing his pants right now. Flowers, Berry, DJ, Hali, Houston, and Poe are all haunting him in his dreams while he's sleeping this week.

Gabbert is ****ed. This defense is hungry. And they're going to attack in ways that would give Gunther Cunningham a 12-hr erection, we're going to force the QB to do some really stupid shit Sunday and we'll capitalize on it. And all I can hope for on offense really is to get the ball to Charles (hope he stays healthy) and pray Alex Smith can take care of the ball at least and not put the defense is shitty situations.

being that you are not a kc fan (only by way of Alex Smith) and by proxy not an AFCW fan per say, I don't think you really understand the situation. The Broncos have been favored to win games in FL too but due to things like the heat and the humidity, they struggle. This appears to be the case with kc too. Kc has a lousy record in FL. I know Jax sucks and I know kc should win the game. I also know the best team doesn't always win.

It's the NFL and a road game of course they could lose. This isn't college football...

This is an important game.

The second half of the season is much harder ... need to win early.
