Albert's stats were very embellished this year.

Embellised?
Protecting the bind side of a QB that can't read a defense and holds the ball too long, and his stats are embellished? Moron.

The Raiders GM comes from the same tree that our GM comes from. Yet everybody is sucking Dorsey off for finding a QB, but McKenzie can't. Not to mention they have an offensive staff that has worked with numerous first round quarterbacks. They can find and develop a QB.

Look at the Ravens game as full proof of that.

It's good. At times, great. And you want to flush that down the toilet to risk finding an upgrade at the ****ing LT spot. WITH THE #1 OVERALL PICK. You know nothing about his injury. All we know is that Albert passed his physical. He's not as brokedick as Jake Long. He's still young. We spent years developing him, and as soon as we start reaping the rewards on that patience, you want to let him walk for a small stack of money. By the way, how about Tyler Wilson fail? You talked about Geno fail. Tyler Wilson has actually proven to be a giant failure this far, yet you remain silent. Some track record. |

Reading rumors that Jake Long wants 11/12 mil per year. Yikes.

And I'm not the most excited about Joeckel either, but this draft is bad and he's easily the best option. A strong OL is needed to make Alex Smith look good, just like in SF and just like Trent Green in the DV years. As for Tyler Wilson. He has a pretty decent possibility of coming here to develop. Geno on the other hand? Nope.

It was reported that our FO soured on Wilson at the combine. So I don't see a decent possibility there. We might can get him in the late 3 early 4.
Possible yes, decent nah. Joeckel isn't easily the best option either. It won't matter, cause I don't think they end up taking a LT there even if they let Albert go. Too many guys there in free agency. |

What is the best option? A QB who we obviously don't believe in that's in a weak class? Another DL who can't rush the QB?
Hard to believe it is a CB either considering we are going after FA CB's.

So you're going to let Albert go essentially just to make a hole so you can justifiably draft a player thats worth said pick?
We're going to end up trading down and if that happens, depending where we go too, I'd be fine taking Milliner. |
