No excuse why Huber isn't playing, get him in the lineup, stairs should be on the bench imo.

I agree that he should be kept there, but at the same time, while he is up here, he needs to be playing, period.

Teahan was never more than an average prospect to begin with. His minor league numbers bare that out. He's a slap hitter that strikes out a lot. The kid has shown absolutely No signs of improvement. I'm perfectly fine with German playing the rest of the year at 3rd.

You might be right. Teahen may be Sean Burroughs. He also might be Phil Nevin. I don't want somebody else to figure that out though. He would not be the first guy to reach his potential at 27, 28 years old. Actually that's probably more the norm. When you're an organization like the Royals you just can't quit on guys like that. That's how you end up with Chris Shelton or Johan Santana, or Mark Ellis...

No kidding, give him a shot to develop and become better. There have been so many players that got way better later. Luis Gonzalez def. is one i think of....dude was weak with houston and chicago and later became a star player. There are many others. Being a young guy that Teahan is we have to give him some time. He's a quiet kid for sure though, got his autograph, dude barely look at ya. I want him to suceed, hopefully being in the minors he can work on his game and come back decent.
