Saw this movie tonightr, and I can say this is one of the top 10 movies I've seen in the last 5 years, and I see a LOT of movies.

I live within walking distance of a Blockbuster and I'm also an online member. I usually see all the new major releases within a week or two of their DVD release. This is my choices as best DVD's I've seen this year in the order of preference.

I cant' believe Miami Vice is so far down on your list. Now I can't watch the whole thing because of the violence...but what I have seen of it, it's a sexy sexy movie. Great music

I didn't think Zodiac was very good at all. I would rate the Number 23 way above Zodiac. Other than 23 I agree with the rest of your regrets. I would add these to your regret list: Little Miss Sunshine, Flags of our Fathers (Sands of Iwo Jima was awesome), Superman Returns, World Trade Center, Children of Men, and the Night Listener.

Fracture was OK, but I figured it out 20 minutes into the movie so it was kind of lame. For as much rep as 300 got I thought it was pretty lame as well.
