Hudson has broken bone in leg. #Chiefs will go with Lilja at C and Allen at LG for time being, at least. They signed two backup linemen.

Well then I wouldnt blame him for bouncing...but I think it is more likely Romo's job is the one "not up for grabs"

Cassel might lose his job to Brady ****ign Quinn this season if he isn't careful....

I think it was Allen that made the difference - not Lilja.
whatever

so Lilja was just as good as all-pro Hudson.

I can see how people go postal and just start shooting people ... i really can.

I really think this goes beyond just the difference at the center and guard positions.

I think Hudson in vacuum, man on man, is better than Lilja, and Allen in a vacuum, man on man, is better than Lilja.

But we saw a more cohesive group because of Lilja's experience and his ability to make the proper line calls as a result.

That's where I think Lilja is an upgrade over Hudson. That will obviously get better overtime with Hudson. I'm just fine with a line of Albert-Allen-Lilja-Asamoah-Winston right now.

I did notice that Lilja shorted a shotgun snap one time.

So i hope he gets work on that this week so it's not a problem.

I'd have to agree with this. Hudson was training on the job where Lilja has years of experience next to the C and preparing as a reserve...

The bad part is that he'll be yet another year behind in 2013.
