I'm glad to see how many people this site reached and how much black was in the stands today. I'm proud to be part of a group of fans who WILL make a difference.

Thank you to all who have done the hard-work planning and putting this together.

marv albert spent most of the 4th quarter talking about the blackout and SOC in completely positive terms...they showed people handing out paper bags and people leaving early and commented on it repeatedly...

fans calling in to both post game shows are talking about it, and their support for it...

mellinger was tweeting about staff confiscating the signs and asking people to send him their stories

the amount of pr is huge...it legitimized SOC and was an unquestioned success

I'd like to hear more about the signs being confiscated. Inside the stadium, or in the parking lot? Were the signs just taken, or were the people escorted to leave the property? How about the people who wore the sacks, were they bothered by security? The broadcast kept showing plenty of people in the stands with sacks on their heads. Very noticible, as far as the black shirts go, too bad they could not have been rearranged in one section, that would have really stood out.

If fans were kicked out for holding a "fire Pioli" sign, it needs to be made very, very public and very, very loudly.

I got high fived several times for my blackout hoodie and the people behind me kept yelling "fire Pioli" and another Carl Peterson pick doing work!" girls in front of us had signs taped on them left with event staff in the 2nd and never came back. Ive got some good pics that i cant share being a new user. Ill email them to someone if youd like.
