Geno Smith should just shoot his career in the face.

On one hand, I like Geno. On the other, **** the Jets.

(I think it's partly my Pats sympathizer ways, but also the Jets are annoying as shit and **** New York imo)

I really do feel bad for the kid. A terrible situation for him. Anyone who's ever followed the Yankees knows how many careers that team has killed because of players who buckled under media pressure. I remember Jim Abbott lost 5 mph on his fastball.
This.

Geno Smith went from the media's punching bag to the next best thing (until he becomes the punching bag again).

He throws a horrible ball and has no feel for the game.

Tannebaum made horrible trades and personnel decisions and saddled the Jets with a QB with one of the worst contracts ever. His drafts were absolute dog shit. If there was one guy that made Peeholi look even moderately competent, it was Mike Tannebaum.

Yet, both of those idiots are on NFLN giving their "advice" about how to run things.

I would hope fans just think "opposite" of what those guys have to say. Dumb mother ****ers if they think Pioli or Taninbomb are worth listening too.

At this point, I feel like I have to root for Geno to fail and not become a Russel Wilson type steal in the draft simply because if that happens I'll be angry instead of disappointed.

Same with Manuel, but he seems like much more of a bust possibility than Geno.

But he draft Mark Sanchez. He has to be better because P I O L I drafted Tyson Jackson instead of Mark Sanchez.

I don't know how some of the CP GM QB gurus haven't left and became Jets fans. The Jets seem to agree with those guys about QB's.

From a pure scheme/philosophy perspective, Morningweg is a good fit for the same reasons I thought Andy Reid would be a good fit.
