Do you have proof that the Chiefs low balled Houston to that extent a month before the ****ing deadline? Then had the arrogance to withdraw it?

I'm pretty sure that would've been leaked by Houston's agent just as it was in this situation.

You're obviously oblivious to how insulting of an offer that was.

It's significantly less guaranteed money than Olivier ****ing Vernon signed for this off season. It was a huge slap in the face, hence why it was leaked.

Of course it would have been. Just like it was leaked what the chiefs offered hudson during the year that he turned down. You don't think the chiefs offered a deal to Sean smith?

I just don't think this is the big deal you guus are making it out to be.

There's a huge difference between low balling a 29 year old corner coming off a suspension/ a center asking for too much and the guy that just almost broke the sack record or won you a ****ing SB and was the MVP.

Big difference in cheapening out on your franchise player...right after you just were out bid for your future QB.

It's amazing that Elway has put them in such a terrible spot with the cap...considering their top QB is making $4.5 million and their o-line is junk. They lost 2 defensive starters and both QBs.....and STILL couldn't afford Kap. Not to mention the terrible handling of Anderson....and throwing away $5 million for Stephenson.

Well I'm usually right when I call you out for a terrible take.

"Cut Jeff Allen"

"Jonathan Cooper started to come along last year"

Ok, so von miller is playing elsewhere next year? 2018?

If this is as insulting as you're making it to be, no way he signs a deal there, right?

When Jeff Allen is on it again and cooper is a pro bowler, I'll have my day.

Just seems to be the normal franchise tag longterm deal dance we see every year.

Maybe not though

Because that's my point. You don't let all of those guys walk so you could supposedly pay him then turn around and give an insult of an offer, then withdraw it.

That is a slap in the face to Miller and a bad message to send to the rest of your team.
I can see you are a seasoned contract negotiator and a master of business affairs.
