Hmmm, Rich Gannon didn't get a big contract until he went to Oakland. Joe Horn wasn't a top earner while here, either. For instance. I mean, they did receive a paycheck while here...but it's not like the Chiefs are going to back the truck up for you.

Unless you play safety or Guard.

Or if you're an average QB with a penchant for turnovers (Cassel) or throwing at the sidelines (Smiff).
