Kendall Fuller....fractured wrist.

Ian Rapoport‏Verified account @RapSheet · 25s26 seconds ago

Sources: #Chiefs CB Kendall Fuller played through a painful wrist injury, believed to be a fracture, in last night’s loss to the #Chargers. The plan is to have surgery this morning. A blow to their secondary.

Who’s available as a FA corner? Any viable options that could come in and learn the system before we enter the playoffs?

We should go ahead and rest the starters. No reason to get more injuries before next season.

Honest question. What has Fuller done this year to help this Chiefs defense?

Did you just skip the Ravens game outright?

He was as responsible for us winning that game as any player not named Mahomes. He was excellent. Dude's been extremely good for about 10 weeks now.

This one hurts a lot. Fuller has been a damn good player for us and one of the better corners in the AFC for awhile now. I understand that some of y'all just want to say that everyone sucks now, but he damn sure doesn't. Saying 'oh well, our D wasn't any good anyway' would be like shoulder-shrugging if Jones blew out his knee.

Of course the moment Berry gets back we lose Fuller. Of ****ing course.

Hard to see any kind of positives to take away from anything right now. Damn this blows.

When you are the worst, how can you get worse? People are going to score more against or get more YPG? Come on dude, opposing offenses don't fear Fuller, he isn't Talib or Ramsey shutting down opposing teams #1's. Now if Chris Jones got hurt, we would be a lot worse, but nobody on that defense IMO besides Jones was irreplaceable last night, Houston and Ford did apply some pressure, but disappeared in the 4th, without Jones we would have no interior pass rush at all.

Fuller being good still helped this D to last in the league. This season has always been about Pat and the offense.

Dude. You're behaving as if the defense has provided 0 stops for the whole season.

Yes, they suck ass. But they have gotten stops. Taking a dude out and replacing him with an assumedly worse player is bad. It is not a giant leap in logic to presume that Fuller being out will lower the probability of getting defensive stops moving forward.

To answer your question, though, I'm not going to look up stats because you're melting down, but I believe he has at least one pick and several passes defensed. Moreover he has undoubtedly provided coverage that has made QBs not throw the ball his way.

If you're going to maintain the position that it can't get any worse we simply have nothing further to discuss.

Yeah, we've got people doubling down on stupid at this point. Let them be ****ing dumb.

Seriously - lets just cut everybody on the defense next year and replace them with street free agents. Hell, let's roll out the little league teams that play at halftime. You can't be any worse than last.

So much ****ing stupid on this board.

Dude. If you are too dense to think he has provided absolutely nothing, I can't help you.

Fuller ****ed up on the 2 point conversion. I’ll agree we have nothing to discuss because this D won’t win us anything this year anyways.
