Cassel was trash from the get go and Vrabel held the team back.

I wouldn't say I'm really a Vrabel fan he was ok I guess.

But I just was never high on Cassel I'm never high on a backup Qb on a very good team that does well for a while then gets a starting job somewhere because of it. It backfires more often then not.

Don't hate Alex at all. He was good with the 49ers for 2 years. I was not happy that they gave up 2 2nd rounders for him as I thought one should have done. But I was happier with Alex then any QB in this years draft. The draft class was just weak. Had it been a year earlier I would have rather had Luck then Alex but that just wasn't the case

That's kind of how you sound. As I've said, you're not nearly as bad as Clay. But still bad. You don't have to claim Alex as "elite" in order to "believe" or be a "fan." He's not "your" draft pick. He's not black (I kid, I kid). Who cares? He's wearing a Chiefs jersey and has helped lead the team to the playoffs.

You're holding back, and it's souring the experience for you, is it not? Unless on game day, for those 3-4 hours, you can actually completely disconnect your brain. Lol maybe I just stumbled on the answer...
