Honestly I'd rather them play a schedule like this than cupcakes. This is what Izzo does every year and it seems to pay off in the end.

Kansas shot more FTs than Duke. If the refs tried to screw KU, they didn't do a very good job.

Those teams were pretty even. Duke hit a great shot and won. Tip your hat to them, and get over it.

That doesn't tell you anything at all, except that KU is better at getting to the line than Duke. This point of yours was addressed earlier by somebody else, IIRC.

Duke needed the benefit of the calls all night, 11 turnovers from Tyshawn Taylor, and two lucky shots from a bench scrub to beat KU. There's nothing to get over, KU looked like the better team.

Playing them at home gives KU a great opportunity to knock off what will be the #1 or #2 team in the country at that point. They're good, though, I don't expect victory.

I thought Whithey played a damn good ballgame against Duke. He plays at that level for the year, KU will be fine.

I agree....if he plays at that level, that's great. I have my doubts that he can keep up that intensity, though.
