ok, for some reason when I bought this game on release day I played it for a few hours and never touched it again. Well, I just started back up today. I basically just started over from the beginning, since I forgot to get that first bobblehead in the vault and also I couldn't remember what to do. So I started over, now I'm on that minefield side quest and totally forgot how to disarm the mines?

so how do you disable a landmine again?

sneak up to it and press "A" before it blows you to bits.

Yeah, thats a great way to gain XP too. I would leave the minefield until you got the Extra XP perks (if you are going to choose those ones) so you get extra XP on them. Also make sure you are well rested for the extra 10% XP you get.

I think I was getting maybe 7 XP per land mine, which in the beginning is pretty good for leveling up.

Hell I've got the original and 3 dlc's when are they gonna pop out a whole new expansion pack or are we playing it one at a time.
